Teaching system is the core component of industrial robot system and the bridge between operator and robot system.With the continuous development of robot technology,the traditional teach pendant technology is constantly facing challenges,its limitations are obvious,and the shortcomings of single means are becoming more prominent.Under this background,the development of teaching system and interactive teaching management software for industrial robots have been presented in this dissertation.First,the traditional teaching system is perfected to improve its ability of interactive management with users and enhance the sense of humancomputer interaction from the functional point of view.Second,force sense and visual sense elements are added to the teaching system to meet the requirements of the teaching system for intelligent industrial robots.Firstly,the research status and development trend of teaching system at home and abroad are summarized in this paper,the role of teaching system in the whole industrial robot system is clarified,and new functions of traditional industrial robot teaching system according to the future development direction of teaching system is discussed.On this basis,through the crossplatform development framework Qt,the architecture of the interactive management software of the teaching system is constructed.The teaching system is divided into motion control module,setup management module,robot programming module and communication interaction module according to its functions.At the same time,the communication between the teaching system and the controller system and the sensor device is realized based on the Ethernet communication.In addition,the subject is oriented towards modular development,which solves the problem of poor interactive experience and functional coupling in the use of the teaching system,and gives the traditional teaching system a new practical function and user experience.From the perspective of innovative and intelligent teaching system,based on the current advanced teaching system products,the paper focuses on the force and visual operation requirements often involved in industrial robots,combined with force sensing and visual sensing technology,the extended function module of the intelligent teaching system was developed.The multi-task thread technology model was given.The force control and visual monitoring functions of the teaching operation were realized,and the extended function software was written.Then,from the perspective of the ease of use of the teaching system,the manual drag teaching method is designed according to the complex requirements of the actual industrial robot production.The drag teaching technology model based on the six-dimensional force sensor is given.The active compliant control algorithm in the drag teaching is expounded,the data structure and internal interface design are completed,and the software for dragging the teaching system is written.Finally,combined with the control system independently developed by Eston Robot and Laboratory,the overall functional test of the teaching system was carried out,which verified the reliability and effectiveness of the interactive teaching software of the intelligent teaching system.
