With the popularity of mobile Internet,people have been living in a big data age.By introducing the big data's background of mobile Internet,analyzing and processing the big data,it is indicated that the effective processing and application of big data can help people to find the important value contained in them.At the same time,these treatment methods and means are entirely new,and need more develop and analysis in further.This article through the introduction of K Company and his business,lead to risk identification problem which K company need to face: t Macroeconomic fluctuations,risks,policy and legal risks,talent and technical risks,security risks and related industry risks.Through the detailed analysis of the risk categories,Lead to some objective generated risk data through the big date real-time method,to find the importance of risk identification analysis.Then introduced the current mainstream of big data processing methods,big data risk identification process.After analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the common risk identification methods,It is pointed out that only use of some existing risk identification methods can only meet the limited specific scene,And propose a risk identification method based on real-time large data technology.Putting forward the advantages of data analysis,It has the objectivity of risk identification and to extract valuable information of the advantages of large amounts of data,At the same time,real time big data technology is used to make up for the shortcomings of traditional data analysis methods which can not guarantee timeliness.This will meet the requirement that Internet companies need to quickly identify risksIn the specific risk identification analysis part,the method based on baseline analysis is introduced.First,the scope and index of risk are defined,and the type of risk and the baseline value are defined.Subsequently,By collecting actual project data and comparing them with baseline values,the scope and impact of risk are identified.In the last chapter,an example of software project risk identification is given.Firstly,the system scene and the whole structure design are analyzed,and Then refined to the module design and implementation,and finally give practical applications and effect analysis.Finally,the practical application and effect analysis are given.It can be the reference to similar projects.
