With the mass of Internet information and the mixed information quality,search engines provide navigation for users to access the Internet.With development so far,netizen have become inseparable from web search.Therefore,the topic of this paper is " Research on the relationship between the use of search engine users and environmental cognition and behavior-taking the Guangzhou area as an example ".The purpose of the research is to explore the relationship between the use of search engine users and environmental awareness and behavior,and to study the impact of search engines on user cognitive behaviors,traditional information transmission methods,and the entire communication ecology,interpreting issues about the research category and reaching conclusion or recommendations.The thesis is based on the theory of media scenes.It is believed that changes in the medium will inevitably lead to changes in the social environment.Changes in the social environment will inevitably lead to changes in human behavior.Taking Guangzhou as an example,a questionnaire survey will be used to collect search engine users' habits and environment cognitive and behavioral data,screening 300 valid sample data.The paper adopted the questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method.After the questionnaires were collected,the effective data is input,filtered,and summarized by using Excel2010.Based on the probability theory,the data is analyzed by using statistical methods,and the concept regularity is derived.The research mainly used spss22.0 software to carry out average and variance statistics of the recovered data,and carried out reliability test,principal component analysis,significant difference of chi-square test,linear regression analysis,etc.It verified the hypothesis of the proposed research,reflecting the correlation between data features and variables by the form and the form of the chart intuitively.Based on this,we analyzed the relationship between user habits and environmental awareness,environmental awareness and behavior,and focused on the impact of search engines on users,and refined the effect of search on the cognitive environment and user behavior,providing reference opinions for search development and improvement.
