With the rapid development of information technology,China's education informationization process has been vigorously promoted and achieved remarkable results.However,the existing network teaching system shows disadvantages such as backward technology,redundant modules,slow resource update,and poor operability.It has become increasingly unable to meet the multi-level and diverse network learning needs of students.To this end,this paper designs and implements an Android-based teaching optimization system,aiming at improving the efficiency and standardization of teaching through the application of advanced technology,and solving the problems of data redundancy and backward re source management in education work.This paper studies the status quo of online teaching platforms and applications at home and abroad through literature analysis,summarizes the main deficiencies of existing systems and the mainstream trends of future de velopment,and then determines the direction of the system to focus on optimization and improvement.On the basis of the system feasibility demonstration,the UML use case method is used to fully demonstrate the functional requirements of the system,and t he non-functional goals of the system are given from the aspects of reliability and system performance.This paper combines the teaching system to optimize the business process and build the functional structure of the system.The structure consists of sev en modules: user management,information management,resource center,course center,practice exam,discussion and evaluation and evaluation optimization.Starting from the adaptive optimization and integration of teaching resources,this paper constructs a teaching resource adaptive optimization integration and recommendation model based on the model research perspective through the use of data mining technology and project response theory.The model starts from the teaching resources stored in the system to achieve a reasonable assessment of the student user's cognitive level(ie,the ability value),and combines the evaluation results with the cognitive resources to match the cognitive resources and the student users to match and recommend The resource difficulty is adaptively adjusted adaptively.The model validation experiment shows that the system-based learning resources correspond to the student user's cognitive level.At the same time,the system's adaptive construction and organization ability of teaching resources and materials can adapt to the trend of student's ability to develop and improve,effectively improving students.The effect of learning.Through the evaluation and optimization functions,the teaching level of the education system is promoted.At the same time,the system makes full use of the massive data existing in the teaching optimization system,and through the systematic analysis of course information,examination information and student information in the education work,Decision making provides strong data support.The system uses SQLite database for data storage,and combines the timing diagram,representative interface and running process to expand the system design and implementation.Finally,the system is fully tested in terms of function and performance.The test results show that the system meets the needs of users and can be put into normal use.This system mainly gives the specific teaching system optimization plan from the perspective of adaptive optimization integration a nd organization of teaching resources,and has positive significance in improving the level of network teaching and improving the effect of network teaching.
