Completion Of Settlement System For Bulk Commodity Trading Platform

Bulk commodities are goods that can enter the non-retail market,with commercial attribute,are widely used in industrial and agricultural production and consumption,and can be traded in large quantities.In financial markets,commodities refer to homogenous,tradable,widely used as the basic raw materials for industrial goods,which can be divided into three broad categories: energy commodities,basic raw materials and agricultural and sideline products.With the rapid development o f society and economy,the traditional commodity trading model cannot meet the needs of enterprise development.But with the development of Internet technology and e-commerce,a new way of trading has been widely used and accepted by people-that is,relying on the Internet as a trading platform to achieve commodity trading mode of trading.At present,the need of market economy construction and e-commerce development needs to study the commodity spot trading platform.The construction scheme of commodity electronic trading platform should conform to the relevant laws and regulations of commodity spot trading market with the characteristics of China,standardize and institutionalize the electronic transactions such as quotation mode,transaction mode,goods delivery and so on,and realize the electronic commerce activities,warehousing and logistics informationization management of commodities.This paper mainly studies the settlement system of commodity trading platform,first carries on the demand analysis to it,then formulates the design plan,then gives the system test scheme,which involves the main function module including: the release commodity,the transaction mode,the goods settlement,the end payment,this is also the core operating process of the entire commodity spot trading platform.The system supports a variety of trading modes,including listing,spot price,bidding auction and other trading modes,in the course of the transaction can achieve spot listing,point price,bidding auction and other trading modes of the creation of orders and cancellation orders,automatic matchmaking and transaction inquiries and other functions.The goods delivery modes includes advance,schedule,extension,batch and other settlement methods,in the settlement process can achieve spot,bidding and other trading mode of settlement processing,payment closure,default treatment and other functions;the system in accordance with the implementation of the contract to carry out a step in the settlement,strict guarantee of the rights and obligations of both parties to the transaction.The system has been officially put into operation and has achieved certain economic and social benefits.It is hoped that the research results of this paper will be beneficial to the development and design of the settlement system of commodity spot trading platform,and provide reference for the settlement system o f other spot trading platforms.
