Nowadays, it is the age of vigorous development of Internet, and electronic commerce has been closely linked with people's life. With the rapid development of China's economy, the commodities with “Made in China” have been launched in the international market. The numerous manufactured commodities often need to consume a huge amount of raw materials, and most of the raw materials are belong to bulk stock, such as, the gold, crude oil, metal, corn, soy-beans, wheat and etc. Production enterprises need to purchase raw materials, while the production of raw materials need to be sold out, the presence of supply and demand to promote the development of commodity trading, which provides a good foundation for the production of bulk commodities electronic transactions. Date back to the year of 1889, the first futures exchanges was established in China, and the national regulations of “Bulk Stock Electronic Transaction Specification” was enacted in 2003, which further standardized the electronic trading, and also marked China has entered the era of electronic commerce. The bulk stock trading system for continuous spot subsystem is mainly to establish a complete platform, which is based on the spot electronic trading, delivery, settlement, market check, and business management. It enables enterprise to reduce the cost of traditional transactions and improve the efficiency and core competitiveness at the same time. Through the electronic trade client, the enterprise can access the trading system through the Internet to do the deposit & withdraw management, money query management, liquidation operations, position query, warehouse receipt management, delivery management, settlement view, the electronic contract view and real-time market view, etc. At the same time, through the back-end business management platform, operators can realize the basic contract management, the deposit audit, the withdraw approval, warehous e receipt audit, delivery management, settlement management, volume query, delivery query, and settlement query, etc.The main content of the thesis is to complete the design and implementation of the bulk stock trading system for continuous spot subsystem. On the basis of the latest Microsoft.NET technology development platform, with using the service-oriented architecture to build the application system with multilayer distributed as enterprise does, and through the high effective trade-off matchmaking algorithm to make sure the stable and safe trading environment, the deployment way can be either independent or through cloud service to build a stable, safe application very quickly, thus reducing the operational cost of the enterprise, and let the enterprise concentrate more on the core business. The thesis firstly shows the origin and background of the topic, and then introduces the research status at home and abroad. According to the characteristics of continuous spot electronic trades of bulk stock and its specific system function requirements, the thesis analyses the requirements from five modules of contract management, cash management, trading management, delivery management and settlement management. Then through the design the specific solution for trade-off matchmaking algorithm, delivery matchmaking algorithm, and the security authentication, and after finding the solution for those key parts, the thesis describes the realization of the system process in detail. For some part of functionalities, th e corresponding flow charts and implementation interfaces are provided. In the end, the thesis describes how to set up test environment, and according to the different test strategies, the function of system is been tested and the evaluation is given based on the detail designed test cases.
