With the rapid development of our country's economy,the environmental problems are becoming more and more obvious.And odor pollution has brought many inconveniences to people's life.The domestic research on odor pollution started late and no significant results have been achieved at present.For the detection of compound odor,continuous on-line measurement is required.Artificial odor detection and chemical analysis cannot meet this requirement.However,it will also cost a lot of manpower and material resources.Therefore,it has very realistic significance to develop a good real-time and higher reliability stench gas detection system.This subject is based on the electronic nose compound odor detection system.Through the analysis and processing of the acquisition signal,the extraction and fusion of multi-gas sensor signals are realized.The design concept of the system is a three-stage combination mode of upper computer-central computer-lower computer.The paper deeply studied the characteristics of different types of gas sensors,and selected a sensor array that meets the odor detection system.The function of each part of the system is described specifically.The communication protocol between the modules in the system is formulated.The program structure of the upper computer is described in detail.By analyzing the experimental data and the sensor response curve,a signal pre-processing program was designed in the system host computer.Based on the signal variation model,the steady-state response of the sensor was extracted.And then each response was weighted and fused.The characteristic value of the odor gas for the sensor array is contained.The paper analyzes the minimum detection limit of the sensor and the effect of repetitive experiments.These are proven through experimental data.The experimental test shows that the compound odor detection system can work normally.According to different detection environments,sensor modules can be combined freely.The result of detection is stable and reliable.Besides,it is of certain reference for other fields of detection devices.
