With the rapid development of informatization,people's increasing demands on various aspects have made millimeter wave technology widely used.At present,millimeter-wave radar is mainly used in: vehicle-mounted millimeter-wave radar is used in high-end automobiles,real-time imaging using millimeter-wave radar is used to realize functions such as automobile blind spot detection and adaptive cruise;millimeter-wave close-range detection radar uses holographic imaging principles,Detection of two-dimensional images or three-dimensional images of targets within a short range of 2 meters;millimeter-wave ground observation radar is mainly the imaging principle of synthetic aperture radar,and ground observation is used to obtain SAR images of ground areas.The millimeter wave is an electromagnetic wave with a wavelength between 1 and 10 mm,and its frequency is higher than that of a common microwave signal,making it advantageous in special applications.According to the reflection characteristics of electromagnetic waves,the propagation of millimeter-wave signals in the medium can also reflect small objects well.Because the frequency can reach 30~300GHz,the adjustable bandwidth range is large,the wavelength is very short,and the antenna can be very small,but there are also disadvantages of space propagation.It is easy to be absorbed and blocked during the propagation process,so it should not be too far away from other wave bands.Combining the advantages and disadvantages of millimeter wave,it has achieved good results in near-field imaging applications.Understand millimeter wave propagation characteristics,related imaging system principles,etc.The article studies the software design part of the transceiver module of 35-40 GHz near field millimeter wave imaging system based on synthetic aperture radar imaging.The system uses a single-station mode transceiver antenna probe.The transceiver has lower requirements and high imaging accuracy.It can be used in non-destructive testing and public security.The software development process uses LabVIEW2017 development environment,NI USB-6251 data acquisition card,etc.The main work consists of the following parts:1.Introduce the comparison of millimeter wave and microwave characteristics.The application value of millimeter wave near-field imaging.Describe the current research status of millimeter wave technology at home and abroad.2.Compare and briefly introduce the active millimeter wave imaging system and the passive millimeter wave imaging system.3.In combination with the near-field millimeter-wave imaging system,introduce the basic principles of the transceiver module and related technologies used by the software.4.Combine the mechanical scanning device and the antenna transceiver data module for software testing,analyze the test results and optimize the software.From the test data,through the imaging algorithm of the project team,the imaging effect is displayed.
