With the rapid development of the Internet and voice dispatching technologies,all walks of life have been updated.For high-risk places such as public security,chemical industry,and railways,how to use advanced technology to deal with emergencies more timely and quickly,and urgent command and dispatch is still the focus subject of study.The B/S web-based cluster command and dispatch system designed in this paper is mainly designed for grain storage company.Each storage staff can hold the real-time mobile monitoring with the individual terminal equipment and return the scene to the control station.The dispatcher can find abnormal conditions.Emergency scheduling is quickly implemented through the cluster system.The system uses ActiveX controls to implement functions such as group call,single call,and video scheduling.The main work of designing this system is as follows:(1)Analyze and summarize the key technologies involved in the command and dispatch system of the cluster,including network protocols,DirectSound audio acquisition technology,and ActiveX controls;(2)The overall design of the cluster command and dispatch system based on B/S architecture is mainly designed,including the design of back-end server and cluster scheduling function.The background server part mainly includes SIP signaling interaction,database table and group call server design scheme;software function,based on MFC development technology to realize group call and single call function design,cluster scheduling function also involves video scheduling;(3)For the implementation of the background server,this paper uses the SIP protocol to implement signaling interaction,which is mainly used to implement device registration,group call group message and heartbeat keep-alive request message,call request message in single call,and video.Real-time video request message;by comparing Oracle,MySQL,SQL Server and other mainstream databases,this paper chooses the design and implements the device,user and group information table because of the high resource utilization and low complexity of MySQL database;(4)For the implementation of the cluster scheduling function,the streaming buffer mechanism of DirectSound is used to ensure the quality of real-time voice collection and playback.The scheduling function also involves video scheduling.This function is also based on ActiveX control design.Since the Web page is used as the main console voice release,echo phenomenon will inevitably occur,especially the acoustic echo.To ensure the voice quality,the WebRTC echo cancellation technology has been improved.The cluster command and dispatch system was programmed on the B/S web platform,and its function and stability test were carried out.The test results show that the functions of the system are normal,the voice quality is good,and the design requirements are met.
