With the rapid development of computer science and technology,the accompanying network system is changing with each passing day,and it has become an inseparable part of people's life.After the popularity of 4G mobile networks,the network is inseparable from life and can be seen everywhere.However,when the network and the traditional control system are effectively combined,the many attributes of the control system are also greatly enhanced.Compared with the traditional point-to-point wired control system,the network control system has less connection and lower cost;even if it is It also has the advantages of simple installation,easy maintenance and easy expansion for complex environments.However,due to the introduction of the communication network,some unstable factors of the network itself(such as network induced delay,network packet loss,etc.)will also be brought into the control system.The main research direction of this paper is to conduct in-depth research on the network problem in network control system-network induced delay.A model-based dual feedback controller design is proposed and compensates for network packet loss.Firstly,this paper briefly introduces the research background of network control system(NCS),the development status at home and abroad and the research significance,and describes and analyzes some problems in the network control system.Auxiliary research is carried out on the basic model structure of the network control system and the transfer function of the linear system to complete the mathematical modeling and steady-state error of the relevant content.Secondly,the model-based control system has good adaptability,and the advantage of interference observation is that when the system disturbance is evaluated,since the structure of the disturbance observer itself is relatively simple,it is not necessary to establish an accurate interference signal for the evaluation Data model.After the system model of communication interference observation is incorporated,the system performance in the presence of delay is improved to some extent.According to the dual feedback controller mode proposed in this paper,the above simple incorporated system is improved,the problem of model error feedback is effectively improved,and the network induced delay is also well compensated.Finally,the steady-state error of the system characteristic equation is obtained,and the feasibility and robustness of the method are proved.The equivalent analysis of packet loss is carried out.The data simulation is carried out in the Simulink software package in the MATLAB simulation software,the network control system simulation model under the new model is established,the system model simulation diagram is drawn,and the specific simulation experiment is carried out.Comparing with the experimental results of the Smith predictor under the same experimental conditions,it is concluded that this method can achieve the ideal target value faster than the Smith predictor.Although there are some very slight deviations in the peak after reaching the target value,the system is able to correct itself very quickly.So in some cases this method has better features.
