Research On Influence Factors Of Knowledge Sharing Efficiency In Social Question&Answer Community

With the popularity of the Internet in China,knowledge-based products emerge in endlessly,and the scale of users continues to expand.The expansion of the scale of knowledge-based users makes users put forward higher requirements for the efficiency and quality of knowledge acquisition.Zhihu,a typical social question and answer community,is a product of knowledge interaction.Its knowledge sharing efficiency not only affects the process of community knowledge sharing,community information user experience,but also relates to the sustainable development of social question and answer community.In view of this,it is of great significance to study the influencing factors of SQA knowledge sharing efficiency.The main contents of this study include:(1)By means of literature research,the meanings of knowledge sharing related concepts are sorted out.To clarify the core differences between traditional community knowledge sharing and virtual community knowledge sharing,the research analyzes the process of SQA knowledge sharing,and then defines the efficiency of SQA knowledge sharing.This definition is an extension of the concept of allocation efficiency in economics.It involves three elements of knowledge sharing: subject,object and environment,as well as two-way interaction among them.(2)Based on the theory of scientific communication and the concept of knowledge sharing efficiency of SQA,the factors affecting knowledge sharing efficiency of SQA are analyzed from three dimensions: subject,object and environment,and the influencing factors model is constructed.(3)Choose Zhihu as the object of empirical analysis,and carry out questionnaire survey to verify the model and analysis results.From the empirical level,the study have completed the validation and analysis of the influencing factors of SQA knowledge sharing efficiency.The results of this study are as follows:(1)At the level of subject influencing factors,besides opinion leaders,self-efficacy,comprehension ability and trust and reciprocity all have positive effects on the efficiency of knowledge sharing in social question-and-answer community.(2)At the level of object influencing factors,question quality has a significant positive impact on the efficiency of knowledge sharing in SQA.(3)At the level of environmental impact factors,motivation mechanism has a significant positive impact on the efficiency of knowledge sharing in SQA.(4)According to the results of model validation,the strategies to improve the efficiency of knowledge sharing in SQA are put forward,including: controlling the quality of users and ensuring the quality of content;integrating high-quality content to promote accurate recommendation;increasing the scope of incentives and improving the motivation of contribution.The innovation of this study lies in: the research perspective is novel,and the theoretical level has been promoted.Based on the perspective of scientific communication theory,this study examines the knowledge sharing function of SQA and explores the influencing factors of community knowledge sharing efficiency,which contributes to the theoretical improvement of knowledge sharing and knowledge interaction behavior based on social networks.Compared with the current research on only one or individual factors,the study is more systematic and comprehensive,and it is also a supplement to the existing single-dimensional research and a deepening of qualitative-oriented research.This study has practical significance for promoting the sustainable and healthy development of SQA,which is embodied in:(1)Clearly,improving the quality of the overall user is the way for SQA to survive.The social question-and-answer community headed by Zhihu takes profit as its foothold.The strategy of open registration has brought about a sharp increase in the number of users,but also a decline in the quality of users and content.The conclusion of this study provides a solution at a certain level,that is,to improve the overall quality of community users,high-quality users are the primary factor to improve the efficiency of community knowledge sharing.(2)Make clear that differentiated operation is a feasible SQA operation mechanism.The implementation of knowledge payment and public entertainment function zoning in SQA helps to maintain its elitism and professionalism,while meeting the needs of ordinary users for personal experience of life and entertainment.This study is based on a limited sample,and there are some shortcomings in the questionnaire design.That is,not all the potential variables have an intuitive impact on the efficiency of knowledge sharing in SQA.Follow-up research will further revise and improve the questionnaire,and the content will also promote the exploration of the balance me chanism between SQA community and knowledge payment platform.
