Residents' health card is an important part of the national health information "13th five-year plan" information project to benefit the people,which requires the national realization of "one card" by 2020.Relying on the national,provincial,city and county level 4 population health information platform,the effective sharing of full-time population information,electronic health records,electronic medical record information,to achieve resident status identification,basic health information is stored,cross-regional interagency settle accounts of expense of medical treatment and information carrier,the masses enjoy the health to family planning services of the coupling medium.Residents health card management system is based on health,personal identity card management a system,not only a series of personal health information,also in series with personal health records,is a national resident individual health data gathered through dynamic,diverse,in order to achieve perfect health management,health care,such as data information of the important measures,to create with the individual residents health as the center,through personal whole life cycle,all records in series with the personal health information is the important carrier and way.Current build residential health card management system,to promote health care health services management level and to solve the current problems "one hospital one card",effectively integrate isolated,distributed information resources,to achieve full scope of domain information sharing of health information,diagnosis and treatment and medical health service one cartoon,optimize medical service process is of great significance.Taking the construction of health card management system for residents in youxian district of mianyang city as the research object,this paper USES object-oriented design and other related software engineering development technology,through a large number of actual business needs investigation and analysis,carries on the detailed design and elaboration of the functional modules,overall technical route,detailed design and function realization of the health card management system for residents.The main functions include system management,residents health card management,residents health card data management,SAM card management,blacklist management,statistical statements and statistical analysis query and other functions.In terms of the technical architecture adopted by the system,the overall system is designed comprehensively,and the system is divided into three layers: model layer,view layer and control layer.To meet the application system of high security,high stability,high adaptability and rapid deployment request,therefore used the popular B/S structure,industry system development based on the J2 EE system,and other third party systems of docking and services mainly by using WebService and XML(Extensible Markup Language)is a standardized interface to support,and development model USES the MVC framework,using the characteristics of the separation,can separate the data from the presentation layer,so that multiple views can share a model,It can maximize the reuse of code to speed up development and facilitate testing.Finally,it adopts the current popular Oracle database in data storage,which ensures the security of the system and reduces the trial-and-error cost.
