The Intelligent Node Design Of Digital Factory

The intelligent node of the digital factory is an important part of the industrial network control system,and plays an important role in the industrial network control system.The intelligent node of the digital factory based on the embedded system is convenient,flexible and easy to use.It can realize the interconnection and data collection,transmission and control between the system equipment in the industrial control system,which is of great significance for improving the intelligence of the digital factory.The paper mainly discusses the intelligent node software and hardware system design of digital factory.The whole hardware system design includes communication interface module,storage module,touch screen module and power module,and the system design and system debugging of the whole circuit.The software design was carried out on Keil's MDK-ARM software platform.The whole software system was divided into: communication interface module,communication data check and frame format,storage device module and humanmachine interface(touch screen).Module software design,in which the communication interface software design completes the software design of Ethernet communication interface,USB communication interface,CAN bus communication interface,RS485 communication interface and RS232 communication interface,mainly for data communication with peripheral devices.According to the software design of the above communication interface,the communication format and communication verification are analyzed and studied,and the effectiveness of the experiment is verified.In addition,the human-computer interaction interface design on the STemWin platform developed by SEGGER mainly includes setting the center interface,communication interface interface and status bar.The experiment proves that the intelligent node of the digital factory designed in this paper can realize the data communication and necessary data storage between the communication interface and the peripheral device.The human-computer interaction interface sets the communication interface parameters conveniently and practically,and the system runs stably and reliably,and meets the design requirements.
