With the development of industrial automation,traditional industrial production plants are gradually becoming automated and intelligent.Among them,the importance of industrial simulation technology is increasingly prominent.However,with the development of information technology and the deepening of research,we gradually find that there exists many serious problems in industrial simulation software,such as the strong specialty of the most simulation software,which does not support multi-user simultaneous online simulation,the lack of realism on interface and so on.Therefore,based on the background of process industry simulation technology and the automatic control systems,this paper proposes a simulation method for process industry,and designs and implements a process industry simulation platform based on distributed architecture.Firstly,the functional requirements and non-functional requirements of process industry simulation platform are proposed by combining the summary of related projects and literature research.According to the requirement analysis,the simulation method of process industry has four steps: simulation object building-process building-interactive simulation-data viewing.Secondly,according to these four steps,the functional modules are divided into simulation object building module,process building module,interactive simulation module,data analysis module and administrator module.In the process of design and implementation of each functional module,this paper designs a series of general simulation templates and generalizes the industrial components to construct simulation object.Then,it use the method of system dynamics simulation for modeling and establishing the process flow.Moreover,the collaborative simulation method was designed based on FMI(Functional Mock-up Interface)in the interactive simulation process.Finally,the simulation process data are visualized.In order to improve user experience and real-time simulation performance,PHPRPC is used as the distributed RPC framework,ZooKeeper is used as the registry,and different functions of the simulation platform are developed into independent micro-services,which reduces the coupling of the whole system.Redis is used as the cache system to improve the response speed in the real-time simulation process.At the end of this paper,according to the actual case of automatic production line of Polycarboxylic Water reducer,the simulation function is completed on the simulation platform,and the use case test of each function is carried out to ensure the availability and reliability of the simulation platform.The simulation platform of process industry provides users with simple simulation operation,as a result,it is intended for the general users rather than factory managers and programmers.Equipment operators can learn and train on this platform,and the simulation platform provides a platform for control software programmers to simulate projects,build initialization programs and communicate with customers.This method can reduce the development time by 50%.
