With the improvement of people's living standards and the continuous progress of science and technology in recent years,it is becoming more and more popular among users for the combination of various products with wireless modules to realize cloud data storage and processing and remote control.The main advantage of its products is that it can highlight the intelligence of the products,and centralize the management of user data and further improve the safety of the products.Therefore,the design of a device terminal based on the combination of wireless module and face recognition technology will boast its broad market needs,and it is of practical significance at the same time.The overall scheme design of the system is firstly completed according to the requirement proposed previously,including the overall design of the hardware and software,chip model selection and server selection.The face recognition chip with the model of AM437 x is selected to complete basic functions of face registration,recognition and deletion.Besides,the the main control chip with the model of STM32L15 x is selected to be responsible for power management of the bottom system and some simple peripherals,which can reduce the power consumption of the system to a great extent as the low-power consumption MCU.The model ESP32 is selected as the wireless module,which takes control of receiving the face and door lock status data of the smart lock and uploading the data to the server.And the Alibaba Cloud server is selected to store the user data in the database,perform unified management,and deliver it to the intelligent mobile terminal.The home smart lock control center,consisting of face recognition chip,main control chip and wireless module,performs face recognition and switch lock,and links with Alibaba Cloud server and smart phone terminal,which is beneficial to improve the security of the whole system.Next,it can be devided into three parts in the joint debugging test of software and hardware,the functional test for the home smart lock,the test for the cloud server and the test for the mobile APP accordingly.And the most important test procedure is to ensure that face image data obtained from the camera could be uploaded to the specified cloud server through the wireless module ESP32 successfully when the system is powered on,and then the face image data will be sent to the associated intelligent device through cloud server.As is shown in the test,for one thing,the home smart lock works well with user data backup available in the cloud server so as for inquiry and management anytime;for another thing,in smart phone terminal,the real-time field picture captured through camera could be displayed and basic information of face recognition device terminal could also be checked in real time,etc.Thus,our anticipated requirements are fulfilled through actual test.Altogether,the overall system operation is stable.
