Hainan Power Grid carries out the project of safety protection and automatic system access for 35 kV stations in the whole province.It is necessary to integrate all the 35 kV stations in the province that have not yet been connected to the ground adjustment and backup adjustment through the dispatching data network to realize the intelligent integrated management.Among them,some remote control devices at 35 kV / 110 kV sites only have serial interfaces,lacking network access ports,and because they have not reached the renovation period,and manufacturers no longer provide technical support for transformation,they cannot pass the existing remote control devices in the short term.Expansion of network ports,replacement of remote control devices,etc.are used to realize access to the dispatching data network of remote control services.Therefore,this paper aims at the problem that the remote control device does not support network access,and the remote control device cannot expand the network port.A serial port to Ethernet data shunting system that solves these problems is designed to realize the remote control device access by network.Geostationary and standby master stations;Aiming at the problem of insufficient serial ports of remote motors in substations,a method of network serial channel shunting is proposed to realize the real-time communication of a single serial port of substation remote motors with multiple dispatching master stations at the same time;The remote control devices of different models and specifications in this paper are designed to adapt a serial to Ethernet data shunting system suitable for different remote control equipment.In the case of retaining the original communication channel of the power system and the original communication equipment,it will not be The connected ground adjustment and standby adjustment system accesses the dispatching system through the network.According to the needs of the power system,the serial-to-Ethernet data shunting system designed in this paper includes two parts: hardware and software design.The hardware design is mainly based on the Cortex-M3 series microcontroller LPC1769,supplemented by other peripheral circuits,and the network chip DP83848 C is used to design a hardware circuit that realizes the networking function of the serial port to Ethernet data shunt system;software design,equipped Embedded operating system RT-Thread and embedded TCP / IP protocol stack,and design serial port and Ethernet data conversion interactive transmission program,communication program after switching channels and embedded Web server host computer configuration program,the realization of software functions makes The RS-232 serial interface of the remote control equipment of thesubstation is seamlessly connected to the industrial Ethernet to meet the requirements of the dispatching master station to monitor the operation status of the substation plant station in real time through the network,and realize the networked and intelligent management of the dispatch system.In order to facilitate the operation of the staff,an embedded Web server configuration software is also designed.The shunting system designed in this paper can intelligently identify the master station or slave station channel for receiving and sending data,and automatically select one way,that is,the serial port to Ethernet data shunting system receives the upstream data of the remote engine and transfers the received data Send to the three master stations through the three-way master station port to realize the branching of upstream data.
