The emergence and application of computer network technology has gradually changed the way of life for human-being,and enhanced people's life quality and work efficiency.However,the openness and sharing of network technology has brought many security problems with its rapid development.In this situation,it is urgent to take some effective measures to ensure the security of network communication.In this paper,we propose an end information hopping method based on DNA microdots to enhance the reliability and security of end-to-end communication.We had done quite a lot of research on end information hopping before and have continued to do a further study of the deficiency of end information hopping.In order to overcome the shortcoming of the end information hopping for eavesdropping,we build an active cyber-defense framework of the end information hopping based on DNA microdots.In this active cyber-defense system,the DNA microdots technology and the end information hopping technology are effectively integrated,and it implements the concealment of communication content and end information.The main work of this dissertation can be summarized as follows.1.The research on an active cyber-defense system of end information hopping based on DNA microdots.Through a lot of study on the basic principles and the cyber-defense capability of end information hopping,this paper analyses the shortcoming of the end information hopping in network communication and proposes an active cyber-defense system of end information hopping based on DNA microdots.2.The formal description and analysis of the active cyber-defense system of end information hopping based on DNA microdots.Through the exposition of the key technologies and basic principles of our active cyber-defense scheme,the basic framework of this active cyber-defense system is formally described and a reasonable system model is established.After that,the feasibility and safety analysis of the system are elaborated.3.The design and implementation of an active cyber-defense system of end information hopping based on DNA microdot.Based on the in-depth study of end information hopping technology and DNA microdots technology,an active cyber-defense system of end information hopping based on DNA microdots is designed and implemented.This system is mainly divided into four modules: message encryption module,DNA microdots module,Diffie-Hellman key exchange protocol based on elliptic curve module and words correction based on Noisy Channel module.The cooperation of each module achieves the concealed transmission of messages and the concealment of the end information,and achieves the maximum restoration of the loss occurring in the message transmission through the word error correction module based on Noisy Channel model.In addition,we also test and analyze the security of the system and the ability of resisting attacks.The experimental results prove the feasibility and security of the active cyber-defense system of our scheme.
