The rise of China's Internet business has led to the development of a large number of e-commerce providers.Two years is not hard to see that the entire Internet business market is booming.At the same time,with the improvement of various national policies,the development of Internet e-commerce in the past two years has changed from consumer goods to non-consumer products,from C-end consumer customers to B-end enterprise customers.In this context,the world-renowned instrument company(F company)also hopes to seize the opportunity to upgrade the B2 B industry of industrial e-commerce,the existing e-commerce marketing model transformation.Take advantage of the rapid growth of e-commerce in the Internet as an important complement to the existing business model.So as to effectively achieve the strategic goal of its rapid growth in China.Founded in 1948,F is a world-famous brand of testing instruments.This paper attempts to analyze the internal and external environment of F Company and its existing e-commerce model by PEST model,SWOT analysis,Porter's five-force model,customer behavior analysis,marketing value chain and other tools.The advantages and disadvantages of F's existing resources,as well as the risks and opportunities of transformation,are assessed.The author tries to put forward a feasible scheme for the future E-commerce strategic transformation of F company by judging the customer behavior pattern and evaluating the various resources of F company.This scheme integrates the existing flow of brand,customer trust and product advantages,and combines the characteristics of offline services of its channel providers to provide customers with a complete set of e-commerce solutions from online to offline.The core content of the scheme is to propose the establishment of United E-Commerce Company through joint brands and channels,and to use the existing flagship store platform resources of F Company to revitalize online traffic,and to effectively utilize the advantages of existing stockpiling and local coverage of channel providers to provide off-line support for the E-Commerce scheme.This topic tries to put forward a new model of E-commerce strategy for industrial B2 B industry through the study of E-commerce transformation of F company.By exploring the advantages of integration channels and brand merchants,industrial products companies put forward new ideas for e-commerce transformation.I believe that the exploration of industrial B2 B E-commerce mode will be of some significance.
