Design And Implementation Of Practice Management System For Students' Professional Management

The main purpose of this thesis is to design and implement a vocational college student internship system.Through the system management method,the internship business management,internship process management,internship effect evaluation,and personnel matching in the internship process of students and teachers are solved.And other related issues.The research in this thesis uses the intelligent mobile terminal of the Android platform as a carrier to realize the teaching,learning,and communication of mobile post-internship.Based on the above objectives,this thesis introduces the SSH integration framework based on the related technologies of Android development platform and related components,which can ensure the development process is more time-saving,the system structure is clearer,and it is easy to maintain.In order to better design the system database,the SQLite database technology is adopted in the system according to actual needs.The main technologies used in system development are mature technologies,which ensure the availability of system functions and the stability of system performance to a certain extent.In the design of the system function module,according to the actual needs of the user,seven major functional modules such as user management,internship management,course selection evaluation,mobile learning,internship forum,teacher evaluation,and internship attendance are designed and implemented.The realization of the module basically meets the needs of teachers and students of the vocational college for the use of the post-internship business.After the system design is completed,the system is tested in terms of functions and performance.The test ensures that the system can meet the actual needs of users in terms of functions and performance.The system is currently in trial operation in my own unit and the response is good.The design and development of the system provides a mobile management method for the internship of vocational colleges,and also provides students with a mobile learning approach.In order to further improve the value of the post-internship business of the vocational college,the BP neural network algorithm is introduced in the system to solve the problem of matching the person and the post in the internship.By establishing the matching model of the person and the post,the company can be more quickly and accurately It is also the innovation of this research to screen talents and help students choose more suitable jobs and achieve win-win cooperation between schools,students and enterprises.
