Higher vocational equipment management is a very important part of institutions.It is the material guarantee to ensure the effective completion o f tasks in teaching and administrative departments.Through the adjustment of equipment,all equipment and instruments can be used in a relatively balanced state,avoiding shortages and backlogs,and letting the office and teaching carry out their work in an orderly manner.Through the informationization management of equipment management in Higher Vocational colleges,strict control of all links,effective control of management costs,and detailed analysis of all aspects of information,we can find out the problems of office equipment and teaching equipment in the management links in time,provide timely decision-making information for the management of office and teaching supplies,so as to improve the effectiveness and scientificity of equipment management in Higher Vocational colleges.Then it realizes the standardization,systematization,automation and sharing of equipment management in Colleges and universities.Firstly,this paper completes the requirement analysis of traffic equipment system,mainly aiming at the special situation of large,precious and precise instrument and equipment management,clarifies the main structure,key technologies and functions of the system,and then describes the overall design and implementation process of the system in detail,taking into account the precision and complexity of traffic equipment,the individual requirements of maintenance,and data.With the seamless upload of sasac system,the system architecture,function and structure and each module are designed and implemented in detail.The class diagrams of each functional module are displayed.The implementation process of each module is described mainly through the structure diagrams,flow charts and sequence diagrams.Finally,the design of the system database is completed.A preventive maintenance model of equipment is proposed,which takes into account the changes of reliability before and after the maintenance of traffic equipment,that is,each preventive maintenance is regarded as repairing new maintenance.The realization process of the management module and the Web server are described,and the development process of the whole system is completed through the daily affairs management module,equipment archives management module,spot inspection management module,fault maintenance management module and report statistics management module,which simplifies the management process and takes into account the small number of precise and valuable instruments.High frequency of use,relatively high failure rate,d ifficult maintenance,high cost,etc.The system provides the presentation of reports,only need to provide the original data source information,the system can effectively calculate and analyze the data combination,managers can obtain the report indicato rs information according to their own needs,and can realize the whole process and full-view management of traffic equipment.Effective allocation,organization and arrangement,so that equipment can be fully and timely used.In the later stage,the system performance and function are tested systematically.The test results reach the expected goal.The system runs stably,the function is executed correctly and the system performance is good.The results of this project can meet the requirements of the proje ct expectation.The development of this system will effectively improve the level of asset and equipment management in transportation colleges and universities,and achieve greater leap forward in the effectiveness and scientificity of equipment management in Colleges and universities.
