As the most important device in the modern stacking system, the stacking ability of the stacking robot plays a key role in the stacking system. This paper has design a control system for a 4 DOF stacking robot according to the function needs of the stacking robot, at the same time, this control system also integrate the advantages of the prevalent stacking robot, this control system contains three modules: the off line programming module, the 3D simulation module and the controller module.This paper mainly discusses four parts:(1) Give a proposal of the control system according to the function needs of the stacking robot(2) Divide the module of the control system, and establish the relationship of the modules. At the same realize the modules(3) Deal with the key problem that will meet in the actual stacking condition.(4) Do experiments and verify the control system. Experiments show that this control system has met the requirements of the industry automation needs, and improve the efficiency of the stacking process.
