Research On User Profile Of Jinjiang Literature Website

Since the 21st century,the material needs of Chinese people have been great to meet People's spiritual and cultural demands become more and more important in the economic and social development status.The development of cultural industry is of great significance to current society.With the increasing popularity of the Internet,as a special cultural phenomenon,network literature is rapidly increasing.Jinjiang literature website,as the representative of the domestic literature websites,has constantly extended industry-chain and innovated the profit model,has made a great contribution to our economic development.User profile is a user-centric virtual user representative based on real data.It is regarded as the research hotspot of the big data era that has recently gained more and more attention in various areas.It has great significance for clarifying the user requiremen,identifying user value,precision marketing and user personalization recommendation.This paper makes an analysis on the Jinjiang literature website users by using questionnaire,exploratory factor analysis,cluster analysis and visualization analysis methods.The goal of the study is to build Jinjiang literature website user profile,offer explanations related to the user profile and put forward the consistent optimization strategies for Jinjiang literature websiteMain research work includes the following aspects:what is user profile?How to divide user profile dimensions systematically and establish a reasonable user profile label system of Jinjiang liteature website?How to obtain the user profiles of Jinjiang liteature website with the combination of various research methods?How to describe the characteristics of users with different types and put forward the pointed optimization strategies?These results identify,four typical user profiles of Jinjiang liteature website can be established through data analysis,which was collected from 1177 effective samples of the questionnair method.The user profiles are respectively:experiential users,promotive users,social users and mature users.Some suggestions based on the results of research about optimization strategies of Jinjiang literature website are described in this paper.The suggestions are respectively:open channels,multiple content;trigger mood,precision recommendation;fans economy,multiple options;strengthening service,high-quality recommendation.This paper is divided into the following five chapters:Chapter 1:The introduction mainly includes the research purpose,research design and research innovation of user profile of Jinjiang liteature website.The research purpose introduces the research background and research significance.Research design describe the research ideas and research methods.Research innovation is innovation points of this paperChapter 2:Research status and the theoretic basis first combs the current domestic and international research status and makes simply reviews,then expounds the related theoretic basis.Chapter 3:Building user profiles of Jinjiang liteature website is the focus of this paper This chapter apply s the presupposition to user profile label system of Jinjiang liteature website,introduces the design of questionnaire and the results of data acquisition,makes escriptive statistical analysis,exploratory factor analysis and cluster analysis on users of Jinjiang liteature website,modifies the presupposition to user profile label system of Jinjiang liteature website,builds user profiles of Jinjiang liteature website and analysis visual user profilesChapter 4:Optimization strategies of Jinjiang literature website puts forward the consistent optimization strategies for four distinct user profiles of Jinjiang liteature website based on chapter 3 and offers the reference for the formulation of future optimization strategy of Jinjiang literature website.Chapter 5:Research conclusions and prospects summarizes the paper,draws resaerch conclusions and future researches prospect about user profile of Jinjiang liteature website and other original literature websites.
