With the rapid development of the Internet and the emergence of various application businesses,the scale of diversified network traffic grows rapidly.However,the traditional Internet exchange architecture can not well meet the needs of efficient transmission of massive network traffic data.Because of its limitation in network traffic transmission,it cannot be flexibly scheduled and controlled according to network environment and traffic characteristics.Recently,the emergence of Software Defined Network(SDN)technology brings new hope and direction for the flexibility of Network control and high efficiency of traffic transmission.In the architecture of SDN,the network control layer and the forwarding layer are separated from each other,which can realize flexible scheduling of network resources and solve traffic scheduling problems.In this paper,the Internet switching architecture is mainly studied,and the global Internet switching center is measured and analyzed by experimental methods.At the same time,the network traffic classification and identification technology based on machine learning and the routing calculation method based on SDN are proposed under the SDN architecture.The specific research work is as follows:(1)The relevant working modes of Internet switching centers are studied and analyzed,and the relevant statistical characteristics of Internet switching centers are studied and analyzed by statistical methods.The influence of Internet switching center on traditional network architecture and its relative advantages are studied.(2)A network traffic classification and recognition method based on machine learning is proposed.In this paper,a semi-supervised learning method is designed for traffic classification and identification.The method can identify the related network traffic of common network protocol types,and the method can bemore accurate through experimental analysis.(3)The routing calculation method based on SDN is designed.By combining the advantages of SDN architecture,this paper designs a routing calculation method for traffic transmission service.(4)Based on the above research,a prototype system is designed and implemented.Aiming at the problem of traffic transmission in man,a solution based on Internet switching center is designed,and a prototype system is designed.
