With the wide application of industrial robots in the manufacturing industry,its energy consumption has increased in recent years.How to reduce the energy consumption of equipment while ensuring the operation performance of robot manufacturing systems has become the focus of many experts,scholars and enterprises.In the production process of the workshop,the energy-efficient assessment of the operation of the robotic manufacturing system is a key link to realize the improvement of its energy efficiency.It has very important research significance.However,the workshop manufacturing system has multi-level system features,including the workshop,production line level,and manufacturing cell level.The system levels are interrelated and interacted with each other.Beyond that,the interaction among manufacturing cells affects the operation performance of the production line,and the scheduling at the production line level puts forward response requirements for the operation of the manufacturing cell.At this stage,the assessment of the operation performance of the robotic manufacturing system tends to focus on a single level,ignoring the close relationship between the evaluation indicators at each level of the manufacturing system.It results in deviation of the overall performance evaluation of the robot manufacturing system,and unable to provide accurate and reasonable decision-making basis for the overall optimization of the system performance.In order to solve the above problems,this paper will focus on the energy-efficient operation assessment method of robotic manufacturing system based on association model.Its main work is as follows:(1)An energy-efficient concurrent assessment index system and model for the operation of the robotic manufacturing system are constructed.Based on the analysis of historical manufacturing tasks and the investigation of manufacturing cell level and production line level operation status in robotic manufacturing system,the mapping relationship among performance indicators at all levels of robotic manufacturing system is established.Following the principle of constructing the index system which reflects the most important and comprehensive information with the fewest indexes,the energy-efficient concurrent assessment index of the operation of the robot manufacturing system is selected and determined,and the concurrent assessment index system is completed.From the perspective of the interaction among multi-level systems in robotic manufacturing system,the mechanism of inter-layer association of robotic manufacturing system is obtained,and an energy-efficient index model of operation of robot manufacturing system based on correlation analysis and statistical representation is established.(2)An energy-efficient dynamic assessment method of operation of robotic manufacturing system based on association model is proposed.By describing and analyzing historical manufacturing data tasks in manufacturing system,the method uses multi-level association rules mining method to obtain association rules of evaluation indicators between production line level and manufacturing cell level,and completes the construction of association model.The mutual information of evaluation attributes is used to determine the degree of association among evaluation attributes,and then the information of evaluation attributes is de-overlapped.The subjective weight obtained by analytic hierarchy process is modified by the objective information of the index after de-overlapping.The subjective and objective comprehensive evaluation are carried out,and the time dimension factor is introduced to realize the energy-efficient concurrent dynamic evaluation of the operation of the robotic manufacturing system.Finally,an example is given to illustrate the superiority of this method.(3)An energy-efficient dynamic assessment system for robotic manufacturing system is designed and implemented.Aiming at the problem of scheduling of industrial robot equipment in the workshop manufacturing system,this paper proposes the method of energy-efficient dynamic assessment of robotic manufacturing system based on association model proposed in this paper,and designs and implements the production line level and manufacturing cell level based on Java Web technology.The system can be used to provide a basis for robotic manufacturing system scheduling decisions.
