Flexible-resource constrained project scheduling problem holds high practicalvalues and gain much more sights among people, especially in development project. Butin experiment text, conflict among resources will occur due to each resource havingseveral skills. And through traditional way, it’s hard to get ideal effect and will takemuch more time to get the best solution even though most intelligent algorithm can tosome extent solve these problems, but has some shortages of easy to falling into localoptional solution as well. Chaos swarm particle optimization (CPSO) based on standardswarm particle optimization (PSO) added by chaos thesis as well, can help to solve theproblem of easy to falling into local optional solution. So CPSO is suitable for resourcesdistribution and timings. But in practice, constrained resources are shared by severalprojects, which leading the resource conflict becoming more serious, so high attentionsare paid by scholars inside or outside country in this multi-project field. The essay firstly summarizes the research situation in project scheduling field andCPSO field separately cross nation and points out a modified CPSO to solveflexible0resource constrained multi-project scheduling problem. Secondly, the essaymakes models for different kinds of project scheduling problem one by one as well asdetail introduction. Thirdly, the essay points out a certain priority rule forflexible-resource constrained multi-project scheduling problem based on severaltraditional priority rules. Finally, the essay uses examples to prove the model andalgorithm’s effect by comparison and the results show the practical effect of the way tosolve this problem.
