The mobile spot check business of enterprise products is quite different from the mobile office business of other industries.In the field quality inspection work,the quality inspection personnel need to complete the quality inspection work according to the workflow to the enterprise site.There are a lot of on-site quality inspectors going out,which is not easy to manage.There are many problems in enterprise information,product information,task handling,standards and specifications,statistical analysis and other aspects,which cause management difficulties for the quality inspection management department.This paper studies the quality inspection business system based on the mobile terminal,constructs the combination mode of the mobile terminal and the Web terminal,provides the auxiliary platform for the quality inspection management and the supervision work,and establishes a dynamic comprehensive management mode integrating the quality inspection work,the daily report and the enterprise product management.Firstly,the demand analysis of the comprehensive management platform of quality inspection mobile service was completed.Based on the mobile quality inspection demand of a certain unit,the demand of mobile quality inspection was comprehensively analyzed.Several core functions needed to be realized in the system were analyzed,and non-functional requirements such as system performance were analyzed.On this basis,the general design of the quality control mobile service integrated management platform was completed,including the design of network structure and system structure,and the design of system module structure,and then the detailed design of each module.After the module design,the database was designed.Finally,the implementation and test of the quality inspection mobile business integrated management platform are completed.After the function module design,the technical implementation of the module is carried out through the JavaEE framework,and then the function and performance tests are completed to verify that it has reached the target.This platform has realized the all-round management functions of product quality supervision and spot check,on-site inspection,electronic map,enterprise information base,product information base,statistical analysis,etc.,optimized the working process,and made the on-site work carried out orderly according to the specified procedures;collected,processed and transmitted all kinds of information in the process of supervision and spot check and on-site inspection quickly and accurately Storage shortens the task management cycle and improves the work efficiency;using the collected information,it provides convenient information query,statistics and index analysis for managers at all levels,and provides reliable basis and guide for management and decision-making.
