Design And Implementation Of Graduation Design Management System Based On The Cloud Platform

As a crucial link in the process of teaching and educating,the graduation design is not only a necessary supplement to education and teaching,but also an important means of assessing students' learning achievements.In the process of graduation design,the students not only need to choose tutors,select completed topics,complete the opening report,formulate completed research tasks,carry out research and so on,but also need to communicate,communicate and consult with tutors and other students at any time,in order to solve the problems or puzzles encountered in the process of research.However,the traditional graduation design management process in Colleges and universities usually adopts manual mode,such as manual selection of tutors and topics.This mode is greatly limited by the factors of time and space,inefficient,time-consuming and labor-consuming,which brings a lot of inconvenience to the management and development of graduation design.With the popularization of open source concepts,cloud computing and big data and other advanced concepts and technologies continue to deepen the promotion.The advantages of these technologies are gradually highlighted.They are not only rich and varied,but also convenient to use.It has completely broken the time and space restrictions in the traditional education model.It brings the dawn for the improvement of the quality and speed-up of college education and teaching process,and brings convenience for graduates' graduation design.Therefore,the online graduation design management system as a teaching aids has gradually participated in the management of education and teaching in Colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the current status of the existing domestic and international graduation design systems,and points out some problems or deficiencies in the existing systems,such as long development cycle,high cost,lack of stability and security,low service efficiency etc.Based on this,a new type of graduation design management system is proposed.First of all,for the system development and deployment,this article uses the Ruby On Rails development framework,which greatly improves the system development efficiency,and also reduces the cost of system development.In terms of deployment,the system adopts advanced technologies such as container and load balancing in cloud computing to deploy the environment in which the system operates,ensuring that the system provides services to users in a stable,secure,and orderly manner.Secondly,in view of the most existing management systems lack of process management,the system introduces the process management tool Git,which can completely record and manage the trajectory left by the user during the use of the system,and maximize the preservation of the user's Data,such as traces of users submitting completed works.Thirdly,in order to ensure that the graduation design is smoothly and in real time according to the intended goals,the system also uses the engineering management tool Gantt chart to efficiently manage the implementation progress of the completed works.Finally,the traditional graduation design management system lacks real-time online interaction between teachers and students,and the system not only provides real-time online interactive functions,but also provides real-time push for online messages or messages.Interaction provides convenience.
