2016 is known as the first year of the outbreak of the live—broadcast industry,the more than and 200 companies into the platform,BAT also have to enter the live—broadcast industry,broadcast platform to cover the potential to become the thunder of the capital market chasing hot spots.The current broadcast platform has fallen into a phase of irrational competition,basically become a new round of war burn.Some people liken " live—broadcast,held the anchor,loss of platform,VC has been busy".This paper attempts to analyze the operating mechanism of the LAIFENG platform as a starting point,combined with the current internet background,to explore platform ecosphere mechanism.In this paper,through interviews with LAIFENG executives,surveys of users and content,as well as a variety of ways,such as network collection,from a variety of angles to collect the first hand information crazy.Then the mechanism design point of the platform operation model are analyzed,including multilateral market construction,how to stimulate the network effect,set up a "paying party" and the "subsidies" process,giving users a sense of belonging,open strategy and control strategy are combined,and the key profit model design.In this paper,a large number of collected data is divided into modules to be disassembled and analyzed,and the layout of LAIFENG in each dimension is refined.For example,in the "given" users a sense of belonging and other aspects of the group's inconsistency in the strategy of open the "too open so that the content is not high quality,and the profit model uncertainty.After putting forward these problems,the solutions are given.
