With the rapid development of LTE and volte,video has become the basic business of operators,and the application range of video business is more and more wide,from entertainment video to communication video,and then extended to various industries such as distance education,medical and other applications,video has become an indispensable part of people's life.Video communication can realize people's "face-to-face" real-time communication and enjoy the cordiality of face-toface conversation.In the era of large bandwidth,with the rapid development of mobile intelligent terminals,video communication business is becoming another core basic business of operators after voice communication business.High quality video call experience will help operators to provide differentiated services and improve user stickiness,but video service still lacks relevant evaluation standards,and the existing evaluation system also has many problems.Based on this,a V-MOS evaluation model is proposed by studying the impact of audio and video quality,network transmission,interaction delay,terminal screen and other factors on the user's video experience,and corresponding evaluation and optimization tools are developed on the basis of the model to lay a good foundation for the subsequent VMOS evaluation and optimization and customer perception.This paper studies the influence of audio and video coding distortion,network transmission distortion,interaction delay,terminal screen and so on on on customer perception.By collecting a large number of subjective customer perception data and combining with polqa algorithm,a set of customer perception evaluation model of video business is constructed by using BP artificial neural network algorithm.At the same time,in order to replace the traditional KPI evaluation method,the author constructs a set of customer perception evaluation model in V-MOS On the basis of this,we develop a V-MOS evaluation architecture and a solution based on end-to-end optimization to enhance user awareness.The plan consists of two parts: mobile terminal test APP and background server.APP mainly completes video test,air port data collection and upload,background server mainly completes data management output,thematic analysis and report generation,quickly and accurately analyzes and locates user perception problems of video streaming media,and transplants with "mobile Internet advantage" on the basis of APP research,so as to carry out volte video and voice perception test evaluation,signaling and Media analysis.
