With the commercialization of 5G,a series of new technologies such as Internet of Things,Internet of Vehicles and artificial intelligence will be developed rapidly.At the same time,the number of radio equipment will also grow exponentially,which brings many challenges to the current spectrum management,such as the increasing shortage of spectrum resources,security threats,and high maintenance costs.The emergence of cognitive radio-based dynamic spectrum sharing technology provides a direction to solve the problem of spectrum shortage,and the spectrum sharing among different access networks and different radio access technologies(RATs)will be more common.However,how to avoid interference to ensure the safety is an urgent problem to be solved in multiple spectrum management systems coexistent scenario.In recent years,blockchain technology has developed rapidly,which has advantages to solve the problems in spectrum management.The convergence of blockchain and dynamic spectrum sharing is also one of the research directions in 6G.Therefore,this paper focuses on the problem of spectrum sharing when multiple spectrum management systems coexist in the scenario.Then,a blockchain-based spectrum management system architecture is proposed,and then an accounting right determination algorithm and an interference validation algorithm are proposed based on that architecture.The main contents of this paper are listed as follows:This paper summarizes the current problems and challenges in spectrum management,introduces the dynamic spectrum management technology and research status,analyzes the advantages of blockchain technology,and finally summarizes the research status of blockchain in spectrum management.For multiple spectrum access systems coexistent scenario,an overlap graph-based consistent spectrum allocation algorithm is proposed,which can reduce the interference among coexistent nodes and improve the total utility.According to the advantages of blockchain and the problems in spectrum management,a blockchain-based spectrum management system architecture is proposed,and the open issues in blockchain-based spectrum management are summarized.And then,an accounting right determination algorithm is proposed,which includes: block creation,determination of aggregated interference and determination of the accounting right.The simulation results show that the system fairness and satisfaction factor of each node will be improved significantly.In addition,an interference validation algorithm is proposed to validate the interference to other coexistent nodes.The simulation results show that system performance,such as the SINR of each node,can be improved and the system overhead can be reduced significantly.Finally,the MATLAB simulation software is used to verify the proposed algorithms,which proves the feasibility and validity.
