Fire-related real-time smoke detection is one of the important means to ensure public safety.Aiming at the problems of poor anti-interference ability of existing fire detectors and blind spots of video detection,this paper proposes a fire smoke detection method based on Wi Fi network channel status information.This method does not require special fire smoke monitoring equipment.It studies the effect of fire smoke on wireless transmission signals,extracts smoke characteristic parameters in channel state information,and applies machine learning to classify,thereby real-time monitoring of environmental fires.Experimental results show that the accuracy of environmental smoke detection based on Wi Fi channel state information can reach 98.06%.The main work of this article includes the following aspects:(1)Summarize and analyze the traditional fire detection technology,point out the problems and deficiencies of the traditional method,and analyze the research progress of using the channel state information for fire smoke detection;(2)Introduced the specific principles of CSI(Channel State Information),as well as the CSI acquisition method,and briefly introduced the commonly used CSI data processing algorithms;(3)The physical principle of detecting fire smoke based on channel state information is introduced,and the scattering and reflection effects of smoke on Wi Fi propagation are studied;(4)Set up a fire smoke sensing platform based on channel state information,collect CSI data,and extract amplitude and phase information for fire smoke detection;(5)further research the collected smoke data,deepen the detection of smoke into the identification of smoke concentration,and draw experimental results;(6)Fully consider the indoor propagation model,analyze and explore the impact of different environments on smoke detection and smoke concentration recognition,and verify the effectiveness of the smoke sensing technology based on channel state in this paper.
