With the development of the Industrial Internet of Things,widely distributed network information needs to be shared and transmitted in real time.In order to improve the real-time and reliability of data transmission in traditional ethernet,time sensitive networking(TSN)came into being.As the development direction of the next-generation industrial network,TSN tends to mature.It is particularly important to strengthen the test of TSN.In order to realize the deployment and promotion of TSN,this thesis builds a TSN test system using the equipments of mainstream network manufacturers based on the research of TSN testing.The main research contents of the thesis are as follows.1.In order to solve the problem of insufficient TSN testing,this thesis proposes a design scheme for a TSN test system.It divides the test system into five parts: Talker,Listener,TSN adapter,TSN domain,and TSN test instrument.And the function of each part is designed in detail.The test results show that the system can run normally,the time synchronization mechanism complies with the IEEE 802.1AS standard,the gate control scheduling mechanism complies with the IEEE 802.1Qbv standard,and the overall network performance is good.2.This thesis proposes a test method for TSN.This method divides the test steps into three parts: test preparation,test execution,and result analysis.And the thesis designs a test case execution process from four aspects: protocol interworking testing,TSN function testing,TSN performance testing and TSN system testing.The test results show that the network testing can be completed correctly and efficiently.The method provides a solution for subsequent TSN testing.3.This thesis uses some network devices which include Huawei TSN switches,Cisco TSN switches,ADI evaluation kits and testers to build a TSN test system to test and verify the schemes.The test results show that,the interconnection of network equipment is realized based on the time sensitive networking test system architecture and test process proposed.And the time synchronization and gate control scheduling functions of the time sensitive networking are successfully verified.The network delay is tested under scheduling cycle of 1ms.This thesis verifies the reliability of the proposed scheme by comparing and analyzing the test data.
