Identity authentication is an important means to protect the security of computer system,but the authentication factors of traditional methods are easy to forget,leak and lose.The identity authentication method based on mouse behavior does not need additional equipment,which is convenient for continuous identity authentication,and mouse behavior data has the advantage of not easy to imitate and not easy to steal.The existing researches on identity authentication based on mouse behavior mainly takes a certain amount of mouse actions or the mouse actions collected in a certain period of time as a authentication unit.Then,users are directly authenticated based on the idea of twoway decision.That is to say,users to be authenticated are directly identified as legitimate users and illegal users.In order to improve the authentication accuracy,this authentication method needs to spend more time to collect more mouse actions,which leads to increase security risk of the system.However,this method aims to improve the authentication efficiency,reduce the authentication time,which will lead to reduce the amount of mouse actions collected and decrease the authentication accuracy.Therefore,it is difficult for two-way identity authentication methods to realize the balance between authentication efficiency and authentication accuracy.In view of the above problems,the specific research contents of this thesis are as follows:By introducing the idea of three-way decision,a three-way identity authentication method based on mouse behavior is proposed.The method is executed in two steps.Specifically,this method authenticates users for the first time based on part of the mouse actions,and classifies users to be authenticated into three categories: legal users,delayed decision users and illegal users,and then authenticates delayed decision users by using more mouse actions.Experiments show that this method can effectively solve the balance between the accuracy and the number of mouse actions used for authentication.In order to further improve the performance of the model and make full use of the characteristic that mouse actions collection is a progressive process,this thesis proposes a sequential three-way identity authentication method based on mouse behavior by extending the idea of three-way decision into the idea of sequential three-way decision.Compared with the three-way identity authentication method,this method makes threeway decision for authentication users for several times,and makes full use of the characteristic that mouse actions collection is dynamic increase to reduce the time cost of acquiring information,which is more in line with the needs of practical application.Experiments show that the sequential three-way identity authentication method can effectively improve the efficiency of the model without reducing the accuracy,and reduce the expectation of the number of mouse actions used by the three-way identity authentication method.
