The laser diodes?LD?is becoming the lighting of choice for the new generation due to the sharp drop in the efficiency of light-emitting diodes?LEDs?.After the laser is applied in the automotive lighting field,the research on LD lighting field becomes more and more hot.In this paper,based on the laser-excited phosphors,the relevant researchers put forward the research on laser lighting devices based on fluorescent film,fluorescent glass and quantum dot glass.Firstly,this paper describes the research background of the subject,describes the application of LD in all walks of life and the luminescence principle of LD.This paper introduces three ways of producing white light with LD and reviews the research on quantum dot glass and laser illumination.The research focuses on the preparation and properties of phosphor film,phosphor glass and quantum dot glass,and explores the possibility of applying phosphor film,phosphor glass and quantum dot glass to laser lighting devices:1.The composite phosphor film was prepared by spin coating.The prepared composite phosphor film and a 450 nm blue LD chip were packaged into an LD light-emitting device.The electroluminescence?EL?spectrum and near-field optical characteristics of the LD light-emitting device encapsulated with the composite phosphor film were tested,and the performance of the LED light-emitting device based on the composite phosphor film package was compared.2.YAG: Ce3+phosphor-in-glass doped with different contents of Eu2O3 was prepared by the secondary sintering method.The structure of the phosphor-in-glass was analyzed by scanning electron microscope?SEM?,energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy?EDS?,and photoluminescence?PL?tests Components and their optical properties.The prepared fluorescent glass was then packaged on a laser diode,and the STC-4000 fast spectrometer and PMS-80 visible spectrum analysis system were used to study the light effect and color temperature of the laser doped with different YAG: Ce3+ phosphors in different proportions of rare earth ions.Study the changes of light efficiency,color temperature and color coordinate of laser doping different proportions of rare earth ions with different YAG: Ce3+phosphor.3.Based on the analysis of the phase structure,morphology,optical properties,absorption spectrum and transmission spectrum of quantum dot-embedded glass samples,the formation mechanism of quantum dots is discussed in detail.And through transmission electron microscope?TEM?,energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy?EDS?and photoluminescence spectroscopy?PL?tests,the structural components and optical properties of quantum dot glass were analyzed.Then try to integrate Pe QDs embedded with borosilicate glass and In Ga N-based blue LD chips?450 nm?in LDs,and study their optical properties.
