With the development of information technology,information management systems like ERP,OA and CRM have been widely used in the managing activities of many companies.However,with the expand of the business,the amount of data that companies produce is increasing in an amazing rate.The simple management of the data can no longer meet the requirement of companies,since it is lack of connection between data from different management systems,which cause great amount of “Islands of Information”.How to effectively use that information to support the managing group has become an urgent problem.To solve the problem,this thesis analyzes the current information and requirement of the information management system in a company.Using B/S structure to design a management cockpit system that based on data warehouse.The system collects all sort of data from the company and uses it on data analyzing and mining.During the design of the system,the system is divided into several modules,which are data collecting,data managing,data analyzing,risk warning,system managing and login,based on the requirement analyze.To deal with the data integration in the data collecting module,start model is applied to Hadoop and build a Hive data warehouse.By applying Kettle to ETL process the source data and loading and restore data in data warehouse after transfer,a united data center can be formed.The data managing module aims to manage the metadata in the data warehouse to guarantee the quality of data.The data analyzing module uses Kylin to do OLAP to the data.To directly show the result of OLAP,HTML5,Vue and ECharts are applied to transfer data to graphs and make data visible.The risk warning module aims to improve the capability to deal with financial crisis of companies.This thesis describes the design and training of Logistic to predict the risk of financial crisis,early warning of financial crisis.The system managing module uses Shiro to control users` permission and verify the username and password.Currently,the construction of the Management Cockpit System is completed,and it has been applied into practical use.Currently the system is working properly.It not just provides data support to the company`s managing group,also improve the efficiency of data analyzing by building a complete data analyzing system.
