Wireless sensor network is a kind of distributed network, which is composed of a large number of sensor nodes, and these sensor nodes form a communication network through wireless communication. The wireless sensor network is based on its many advantages such as being centerless,self-organizing,and easy to deploy. With the favor of researchers from various countries,it has been widely used in various industries such as agriculture and industry. The data collection scheme based on static Sink will cause serious "energy hole" effect. Therefore,a wireless sensor network data collection scheme based on mobile Sink has been proposed. However, the mobile Sink's moving process will bring data collection delay,so the key issue to reduce the data collection delay is how to shorten the moving path length of the mobile Sink.In view of the above problems, this paper proposes a data collection strategy based on maximizing node coverage, and a mobile Sink data collection strategy based on hybrid communication and path adjustment(1)Mobile Sink data collection strategy based on maximizing node coverageIn order to shorten the data collection delay,a mobile Sink data collection strategy(MNC)based on maximizing node coverage is proposed.MNC work with single-hop communication. It effectively uses the position information of sensor nodes in the WSN.First,it calculates all possible access points of the mobile Sink, and then iteratively selects the greedy strategy that maximizes node coverage to achieve full Set of convergence points for web data collection.Simulation results show that MNC can shorten the path length by 20.3%compared to Range Constrained Clustering(RCC),and 10.9%compared to Cross-edge Adjusting Trajectory Scheduling(CATS).Compared with the Virtual Grid Strategy where the grid interval is 20 unit lengths(VG20),the path length can be shortened by 6.0%,effectively reducing the data collection delay(2)Mobile Sink data collection strategy based on hybrid communication with trajectory adjustmentIn order to shorten the data collection delay,a mobile Sink data collection strategy(HCTA)based on single-hop,multi-hop hybrid communication and path adjustment is proposed.HCTA first selects the centroid of the area where the effective communication range of the sensor node overlaps the most as the data convergence point for the current round of calculations, and uses the sensor node located within the effective communication range of the data convergence point as the root node to construct a data forwarding using a breadth-first search algorithm The tree assists other sensor nodes in data collection. In the process of constructing the data forwarding tree,in order to avoid the more serious "energy hole" effect caused by the introduction of multi-hop communication, the upper limit of the number of multi-hop hops and the number of non-root nodes of the data forwarding tree are limited. Finally, the movement path of the mobile Sink is adjusted according to the geometric principle, which further shortens the path length and thus shortens the data collection delay.Simulation results show that the use of HCTA can shorten the path length by 16.2%compared to the hybrid data collection strategy(Combine,COM),and can shorten the path length by 9.6 compared to the improved hybrid data collection strategy(Combine-Skip-Substitute,CSS)Compared with the single-hop,multi-hop hybrid communication strategy without path adjustment, the path length is reduced by 8.2%.Using HCTA helps reduce the data collection delay when using mobile sinks for data collection.
