With the emergence of new real-time interactive applications such as self-driving cars and virtual reality(VR),people are increasingly demanding high-bandwidth connections, and these new real-time interactive applications will also become catalysts for next-generation wireless technologies.Based on this,a large number of scholars have begun to study the wireless communication technology in the Terahertz(THz)band. In this thesis,by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the existing terahertz dual channel MAC protocol, and combining the characteristics of the terahertz wave, the existing terahertz dual channel MAC protocol is improved, and two new dual channel MAC protocols are proposed, namely, the High Efficient Dual-channel MAC protocol Based On Relay and the High Efficient Dual-channel MAC Protocol for Parallel Transmission in Terahertz Networks. The main research work of this article is as follows:First,in view of the problems of low message transmission success rate, unsuitable for non-line-of-sight scenarios, and redundant control overhead in the existing terahertz dual-channel MAC protocol,an efficient dual-channel MAC protocol based on relay in terahertz wireless network is proposed.HE-BRMAC protocol mainly proposes three new mechanisms:(1)A cooperative transmission mechanism based on location information is proposed. The node that selects both THz communication with the source node and the destination node and is closer to the destination node is called the unique relay node;(2)Propose a non-line-of-sight scene detection mechanism. The destination node compares the actual received signal strength with the theoretical received signal strength to determine whether there is a non-line-of-sight scene between the source and destination nodes;(3)proposes an adaptive reduction Control cost mechanism. The source and destination nodes reduce the control cost by judging whether the location information at the current time is consistent with the location information at the previous time.Theoretical analysis and simulation experiments show that the HE-BRMAC protocol has obvious advantages in message transmission success rate and throughput, and control overhead has also been reduced to a certain extent.Second,in the existing dual-channel MAC protocol, there is a problem that the nodes cannot be transmitted in parallel, channel resources are wasted, and there are too many interactions in the frame interaction process of the existing THz dual-channel MAC protocol. This thesis proposes A high-efficiency THz dual-channel MAC protocol HEPT-MAC for parallel transmission is presented. The main innovations of this protocol are divided into three aspects:(1)the time of the reserved channel is adaptively changed between nodes according to the transmission delay of the control frame,so that the channel resources can be fully utilized;(2)the node calculates the space of the THz beam Position to determine whether the THz beam will cause interference during parallel transmission;(3)Change the test frame from the previous directional transmission and directional reception methods to directional transmission and omnidirectional reception methods, omitting the control of an omnidirectional transmission Frame,so that the control overhead is reduced.Theoretical analysis and simulation experiments show that the HEPT-MAC protocol has obvious advantages in throughput, channel utilization, and control overhead. At the end of the thesis, the full text work is summarized, and the next step of the research work is briefly explained.
