In the context of the rapid integration of mobile broadband and mobile wireless,mobile communications supporting big data and multimedia has become a trend,and the data transmission rate required to ensure a smooth and high-quality user experience needs to be increased.5G has huge development space due to its superior performance advantages.Such a brand-new advanced network not only brings high-quality service experience to users,but also brings many challenges to network construction and operation and maintenance.With the gradual deployment of 5G networks,a professional test method is urgently needed to quickly solve various problems,such as speeding up the construction of the network and improving user satisfaction,5G terminal emulator is a useful tool to match this demand.The 5G terminal simulator mainly completes the test of the air interface signaling L1 protocol stack of the 5G network and the analysis of the simulated 5G terminal.It uses real-time tracking to monitorl the multi-user business establishment,signaling process and data flow,and analyzes the user's business behavior and network problems.Data generated by this 5G downlink simulation platform provide a standard comparison for the development of the 5G physical layer,and provides a reference for the analysis of the data received during the progress of the test project.This thesis relies on the major project of Chongqing "R & D and application of 5G terminal simulation equipment".This platform is based on the 3GPP R15 version protocol,and has completed the analysis and testing of the 5G terminal simulator development process,and data detection.The main work of the thesis is as follows:(1)Explain the functional requirements of the simulation platform by studying the architecture and functional requirements of the 5G terminal simulator and combining them with the theoretical basis of the 5G physical layer;(2)According to the functional requirements of the 5G terminal simulator downlink simulation platform,the overall design of the simulation platform is proposed.Simulate the communication process of the physical layer by encapsulating and calling each functional module;(3)Extract key data according to test requirements.Use constellation diagrams and other representation methods to evaluate the process,function and performance of the simulation platform.The platform can carry out the increase and decrease of the test process and the flexible configuration of transmission parameters.At the same time,the interfaces of all code modules are open,and any sub-function module codes can be replaced.Therefore,new technologies required by the network and transmission technology can be flexibly added to the platform for testing and verification in the above two ways.In the actual test,the decoding error rate of the data detected by the 5G terminal emulator is lower than 1%.In summary,the simulation platform provides effective support for instrument research and development.
