Order to Compete with new wireless broadband technology such as WiMAX, Wi-Fi.3GPP(International Standardization Organization) launched LTE technology standardizationin end of 2004, it is researching of the UMTS long-term evolution . The LTE technologyconsolidate the traditional cellular mobile technology. In addition, through adopt OFDM,MIMO technology, LTE will also improve the IPR Structure in the current telecommunicationindustry. For better study on LTE key teehnologies, we built a Physical layer simulationPlatform of LTE. This can be used to study and assess the various technologies of LTEphysical layer, as well as complete wireless performance analysis.We built a Physical layer simulation Platform of LTE based on teehnical reports of 3GPP25 series and 36 series.Meanwhile,the contributions to 3GPP conferences by a lot of maincommunication companies were also considered .Firstly, We research and analysis Physicallayer coding and modulation techniques based on simulation Platform of LTE.By comparingblock error rate curve of different modulation. We discover block error rate is smaller whencoding rate is smaller, and find QPSK modulation the error block rate is minimum,theminimum coding rating BLER is minimum.Scendly,study and analysis MIMO technolgy.With the increaseing of the number of antennas,BLER became smaller .Finally, We research andanalysis the key Technology of HARQ. Therefore, HARQ will be used for cell edge users andusers of wireless channel quality is poor,communication quality will be significantly improved.
