In the current environment where the emerging financial industry has not yet improved the supervision and credit systems,financial institutions lac k comprehensive and effective information on customer credit risk assessment,which brings greater risks to the institutions and even the financial industry.Data sharing is a powerful way to solve the above problem.Traditional financial information sharing mode provides multi-source customer credit data for institutions by means of data trading or collecting customer data of various institutions and then integrating them.However,the bottleneck of the above sharing mode is that the core data of institutions are easy to be leaked,and the status quo of "information island" among financial institutions is difficult to be eliminated.The homomorphic encryption in cryptography enables data to be computed under encryption,which well meets the demand of financial institutions for data sharing.Homomorphic encryption can realize collaborative computing among multiple data sources without data leakage,which provides guarantee for privacy protection in information sharing.This paper firstly analyses the problems existing in the existing financial data sharing mode,introduces homomorphic encryption into financial data sharing and designs a financial data security sharing scheme from three aspects of structure,process and algorithm by combining with digital signature technology.In terms of structure,there are four entities: financial institution,financial certification authority,financial key management center and credit data statistics center.In terms of process,the specific implementation process of financial data sharing is described in detail.In terms of algorithm,the homomorphic encryption algorithm is improved by extending the range of encrypted data from integer to rational number and the application of the algorithm in financial data sharing is desi gned.Secondly,this paper studies the relationship between the efficiency of various homomorphic encryption algorithms and the variation of algorithm parameters,data volume and data number,and obtains a general rule.At the same time,the efficiency of multiple homomorphic encryption algorithms is analyzed and compared.The experimental results show that Paillier algorithm has the best overall performance,which can better meet the needs of financial data sharing scenarios.Finally,this paper implements the financial data security sharing scheme by designing and completing the financial data security sharing system based on Paillier,introducing the overall structure,main modules and database of the system design in detail.The system adopts B/S structure and My SQL database,establishing on TCP/IP network.The test results of the system show that the system has high completeness.From the perspective of functional requirements,the system realizes the login,the authentication,the making groups,the key generation,the data entry,the homomorphic computation and the result query and so on main functions.From the non-functional requirements,the system meets the interface interactivity,scalability and system data security.Moreover,it is proved that the system meets the expected design objectives of data validity,data confidentiality,result correctness,platform independence and efficiency.
