In recent years,the concept of "smart tourism" has continuously penetrated into people's lives.Smart tourism centralizes management of related information such as tourism resources through modern information technology and network communication technology,and provides personalized intelligent services for tourists.With the rapid development of Internet technology and the continuous improvement of transportation convenience,self-help travel has gradually become one of the most important ways for people to travel.However,due to the lack of human knowledge of scenic spots,many self-help tourists are unable to achieve the purpose of in-depth tourism,and often just stay on the surface and take a look.Therefore,it is of great research value to research and develop a set of mobile smart tourism guide systems that integrate tourism,transportation,catering,and entertainment.With the rapid development of mobile smart terminal travel applications,various mobile smart terminal development technologies have become increasingly mature,and many mobile travel apps have emerged as the times require.However,the existing APP system's scenic spot positioning is based on GPS information.GPS information can only accurately reflect the user 's location,and cannot be accurately associated with the scenic spots seen by the user.Therefore,a smart tourism navigation system based on visual retrieval technology is proposed.By introducing visual retrieval technology based on the characteristics of compact descriptors of visual search(CDVS)and combining GPS information on the mobile terminal,intelligent location and identification of attractions are achieved Features.The main research work of this paper includes three aspects.First,the intelligent location and identification method of scenic spots combined with GPS and visual retrieval technology is proposed,which greatly improves the recognition accuracy of scenic spots and provides technical support for the intelligence of subsequent scenic spot information and surrounding business information.Second,based on the Android platform,Android native development technology was used to develop a mobile terminal program for the smart tourism navigation system.The mobile terminal program is ma inly responsible for: image acquisition and preprocessing,attraction image CDVS compact feature extraction,and retrieval results from the server with the display of push information,etc.Third,based on C++ technology,a server-side program for the mobile tourism navigation system was developed.This server-side program is mainly responsible for receiving the search requests for scenic spots from the mobile terminal,and complete the precise retrieval of the scenic spots based on the image features and GPS information sent by the mobile terminal.Push the search results and related attractions information to the mobile terminal for display.In short,the visual retrieval technology based on the CDVS feature is introduced into the smart tourism navigation system,which achieves the accuracy of the location and identification of attractions,and provides technical support for the accurate push of subsequent tourist attraction information and surrounding business information,thereby improving User experience of travel guide system.
