Cloud computing and big data are two popular technologies in the current information technology industry and are widely used in various industries.Cloud computing is widely concerned and applied in the industry because of its strong computing power and large storage capacity.Big data has become a hotspot of data processing and research due to its large volume,fast delivery,diversity and high value.Currently,big data processing based on cloud computing has been applied in all aspects of people's lives.Because the cloud is an open environment,it is easy for attackers to use cloud computing to perform excessive calculation and analysis on big data,which is bound to violate the privacy of others.How to ensure the privacy of big data under cloud computing has become one of the research difficulties in the field of big data application technology.This paper studies and analyzes the big data security and privacy protection technology under cloud computing.Firstly,the research and analysis of the current situation of big data security and privacy protection under cloud computing at home and abroad,and the technical architecture of cloud computing and big data are analyzed.From the perspective of the big data life cycle in the cloud environment,big data collection,transmission,storage,Privacy and security issues faced at various stages of the life cycle of use and destruction.It summarizes the four aspects of data tampering,poor encryption effect,poor computing effect of cloud computing,and privacy leakage of computing results in big data security and privacy under cloud computing.It also studies and analyzes the three privacy protection technologies of data anonymization,data transformation and data encryption,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the three technologies.Data anonymization technology guarantees the authenticity of data,but it will cause the loss of data information;the efficiency of data conversion technology is high,but it will also cause the loss of data information;data encryption technology can ensure data privacy,confidentiality and accuracy,and will not cause The data information is lost,the disadvantage is lower efficiency.Secondly,for the transmission security and storage security of private data in the cloud environment,the principles and advantages and disadvantages of symmetric encryption technology,asymmetric encryption technology,hash calculation and hybrid encryption technology are analyzed,and the principle of AES and SM2 algorithm is mainly studied.On the basis,the key expansion process and column mixed transformation process of the AES algorithm are improved.The dual key method is used to improve the security of the key,and the simplified inverse column mixed transformation improves the decryption speed.On this basis,combining the national secret SM2 and AES,a hybrid encryption big data security and privacy protection scheme is proposed.Through experimental testing,the results prove that the scheme improves the encryption and decryption operation efficiency under the premise of effectively protecting the privacy of big data transmission in the cloud environment.Finally,based on the hybrid encryption scheme proposed in this paper,a big data privacy protection system under cloud computing is designed and implemented.For the privacy security of big data transmission,the system realizes the encrypted transmission of private data and the cloud.The SM3 algorithm is added to verify the data integrity at the completion of each data transmission.After the verification,the private data is stored in the cloud in ciphertext.To a certain extent,the storage of private data is guaranteed.The cloud server uses Alibaba Cloud ECS.Through the test of system data upload,data download and calculation functions,the results prove that the system can effectively guarantee the privacy of big data in the cloud computing environment.Compared with other hybrid encryption schemes,this scheme has improved security and encryption and decryption speed,and has better practicability.
