Lighting communication technology has been widely used in the field of big data and the Internet of things,but the communication light source as the core component limits the development of lighting communication technology.At present,scholars at home and abroad mainly take the means of reducing RC delay and optimizing the design circuit to improve the communication bandwidth of the lighting communication light source,but this still cannot solve the restriction of the power bandwidth product of the communication light source itself.Aiming at the above problems,this paper proposes a perovskite quantum dot communication light source based on ring modulation mechanism,which mainly has the following three parts:Part one: from the information loading mode of luminescent material,the characteristics of different modulation modes of illumination communication light source are explored.Combining with the theory of electron optics,the paper analyzes the electron beam's motion trajectory and electron beam modulation mode in electrostatic field,and reveals the constraint conditions of electron beam modulation pump source.The feasibility of perovskite quantum dot thin film luminescent devices is discussed by comparing the current mainstream excitation methods of perovskite quantum dot thin film.Part two: the perovskite quantum dot film is excited by the structure of direct bombardment electron beam pump source device,and the luminescence and excitation mechanism of perovskite quantum dot film pumped by electron beam is explored.According to the constraint conditions between the modulated electron beam pump and the perovskite quantum dot film,Computer Simulation Technology CST was used to design the structure of the perovskite annular electron beam pump device.Secondly,through the analysis of the power characteristic,modulation characteristic and electron focusing speckle characteristic of the device,the internal restriction relation between the device parameters of the annular electron beam modulation communication light source is revealed.Finally,the optimal design parameters of ring modulated pump device are obtained.Part three: firstly,the characteristics of lighting communication channel under complex optical field are analyzed,and the influence of multipath transmission and cross-talk on communication quality in lighting communication link is explored.Secondly,the pulse state interval modulation coding(PSIM)model is adopted,and the feasibility of different modulation methods in illumination communication is compared and analyzed by using the time-slot error.Finally,the feasibility and superiority of the pulse state interval modulation coding model in illumination communication are verified and discussed.
