As a measurable basic physical quantity,time not only affects people's daily life,but also plays a very important role in basic science,national defense construction and national economic construction.High-precision time-frequency measurement and time reference are very effective in improving the stability of equipment or systems.For military,transportation,financial and other industries that are related to national economy and people's livelihood,the accuracy of time and frequency affects their normal operation.Therefore,all countries are increasing their investment in the research of timing technology and the construction of time-frequency service system.In order to improve the robustness and accuracy of the timing receiver,the antenna of the RF front-end and the Time to Digital Converter of the phase detection module are studied in this paper.In this regard,three aspects of research work are carried out in the thesis:1)The timing principle of the satellite navigation timing system and the principle of the timing receiver are discussed and analyzed.The importance of RF front-end antenna performance for timing and time-keeping and the impact of high-precision TDC on the overall performance of the system are clarified.Then theoretical deduction was given to the evaluation of antenna and TDC performance indicators,laying the foundation for the latter two chapters.2)In order to solve the problem of radio frequency front anti-interference of timing receiver,an anti-jamming technology based on polarization antenna is proposed.The polarization model of single aperture dual polarized antenna is built and its carrier is compact microstrip antenna.Through polarization diversity reception,the traditional feeder network is digitally and adaptively implemented,and the two digital signals are polarized and cancelled by the minimum power criterion.Finally,the interference can be well suppressed in the working range of receiving satellite navigation signals,so that the interference power is less than-20 dB and the signal power is not affected.3)In order to solve the problems of poor nonlinearity,long conversion time and temperature sensitivity of traditional analog interpolation counter method,a multi-time synchronous analog interpolation method is proposed.The residual pulse width of the time interval to be measured is widened for several times to achieve picosecond accuracy as well as the reducing of the nonlinearity and conversion time.At the same time,for the temperature sensitive characteristics of the analog device,the temperature compensation is performed from both hardware and algorithm,and finally the precision of 10 ps and temperature coefficient of 2ps/°C are realized.Finally,the research results and application of the thesis are summarized,and the work to be carried out in the next step is also included.The research results of the thesis can provide technical reference for the development of BeiDou satellite navigation timing receiver.
