Research On Big Data Value Management Model And Algorithm

With the rapid development of information technology,a new concept of information resources has emerged: big data.Big data has become one of the most frequent words in recent years.It is not only an academic vocabulary,but it has gradually become a commodity name.Whether from an academic research perspective or data transaction needs,how to evaluate the availability of big data sets and the commercial value of big data is a new issue.In order to solve the above problems,this paper has carried out theoretical research and experimental analysis,and proposed a big data usability evaluation model and a big data valuation evaluation model to provide a reference for the academic and circulation fields.Combining the 4V(Volume,Variety,Velocity,Value,abbreviation: 4V)characteristics of big data and the statistical distribution of the 4V characteristics of the sampled data segmented,the probability data model based on the segmented distribution of large data characteristics and the availability weighting of large data sets Evaluation model and big data value evaluation evaluation model.An algorithm to realize block sampling of big data,a solution algorithm for weighting coefficients of various characteristics in a large data set availability evaluation model,and a big data value estimation algorithm are proposed.The experimental analysis results of the proposed algorithm are given,and combined with the data availability evaluation requirements in video big data analysis,application demonstrations,experiments and application cases of the algorithm are given.The big data availability evaluation model can be used in data science experiments.The data evaluation can also be used for data set pricing in the big data trading market.
