Research On The Construction Path Of Credit Mechanism Of Tour Guide Free Practice Based On Block Chain Technology

According to the development needs of the tourism industry,China launched a pilot reform of tour guide free practice in May 2016,changed the traditional closed management model and promoted the marketization,liberalization and legalization of the tour guide industry.With the development of tour guides' free practice,there have been many problems such as low transparency of tour guides' free practice services,difficult supervision of tour guides' free practice,and insufficient trust between tour guides and tourists.At present,the OTA online platform that guides free practice is attached to is a centralized platform.In the process of developing free guides,OTA intermediary platforms also face problems such as low service transparency,high practice service fees,difficult supervision,and mutual trust.Based on the problems in the process of free practice of tour guides,this thesis combs the relevant research literature and then analyzes the relevant theories and research methods.This paper defines and analyzes related concepts such as free practice,tour guide free practice,credit,credit mechanism,and block chain technology.The thesis mainly carried out the following two aspects of research work through literature research method,interdisciplinary research method,comparative analysis method,case analysis method and other research methods.The first is to analyze how the block chain technology solves the credit problem of online tour guides' free practice.Based on the characteristics of sharing,traceability,transparency and non-tampering of block chain technology,it breaks the monopoly of information on traditional OTA intermediary platforms,solves the problem of asymmetry in online information,and truly realizes the sharing of information to enhance freely licensed tour guides and tourists.The exchange of information and transparency between the two places enhances the trust between tour guides and tourists.The second is to try to build a "six subjects and one center" co-construction,co-governance,and shared tour guide free practice credit mechanism construction path with the main body of tourism administration departments,online credit reporting agencies,tour guide industry associations,tourism companies,tour guides and tourists.Finally,the thesis puts forward management suggestions from various aspects such as perfecting laws and regulations,establishing a supervision mechanism,and establishing an organization system for tour guide industry associations.However,due to the imperfect policies,laws,and systems of tour guides 'free practice,the research on the construction path of tour guides' free practice credit mechanism based on block chain technology is not deep enough in this thesis.I believe that with the development of block chain technology in the future and the deepening of research on tour guide free practice,we can deepen the research on the construction path of tour guide free practice credit mechanism based on block chain technology and completely solve the credit barrier existing in tour guide free practice to promote the free practice of tour guides and the healthy and orderly development of tourism.
