With the development of China's automation level,domestic control manufacturers based on foreign operating systems,combined with the rapid development of fieldbus technology in recent years,developed domestic Distributed Control Systems(DCS),which can realize the localization of control systems in thermal power,sewage treatment and nuclear power plants.The purpose of this article is to apply EPICS IOC's real-time database and logic control functions to the real-time operating system.Especially based on the domestic real-time operating system SylixOS,This article develop a process control system to improve the autonomic controllability of the existing control system,realize a fast,flexible and economical control system,and on the platform of ultra-light water preparation platform be verified.This article uses EPICS as the foundation of the software architecture to develop a Distributed Control System based on the EtherCAT bus protocol.IgH Master realizes the function of EtherCAT master station;uses dls epics ethercat component to establish socket server and EPICS IOC client communication,and then calls the user interface of IgH Master;finally establishes the communication between EPICS IOC and EtherCAT slave station,so as to realize the EtherCAT slave station I / O control.This article takes PC / Windows as the operator station,embedded EUX-8000 as the controller,uses EtherCAT field bus,establishes a SylixOS control system verification platform,and replaces the imported RTLinux system with an autonomous domestic real-time operating system.In order to establish a utilization ultra-light water preparation platform control system,EPICS Base and EtherCAT drivers,and dls epics ethercat components were transplanted to SylixOS.According to the requirements of the platform,the process control logic was developed using VDCT,and the heater start and stop,over temperature alarm interlock,low level alarm interlock and power control functions were realized.Finally,the man-machine operation interface was developed using EPICS CSS.With the successful application of EPICS process control based on SylixOS,it is expected to be expanded in the field of motion control with a more compact architecture,higher synchronization rate and sampling rate.
