| In the modern manufacturing process,statistical process control and equipment maintenance are two common methods to improve the quality level of products.The former is mainly used to monitor the abnormalities in the production process,timely monitor the abnormalities in the production process,and ensure the normal and stable production.The latter can improve the reliability of production system and the number of qualified products through reasonable maintenance of equipment.The quality control of autocorrelation process is a hot issue in the field of quality control.Due to the continuous improvement of production technology and the application of sensors in automatic control,the process observations show autocorrelation,and the traditional control chart fails to monitor the autocorrelation process.Therefore,this paper will consider the statistical process control of autocorrelation process and the integration of equipment maintenance.In the current integration research,the precondition of statistical independence is often set,that is,the collected process data are independent of each other,but in the actual production process,the observed sample values are often autocorrelated with each other,and the data are not completely independent of each other,so it is necessary to consider the production process in the integration of statistical process control and equipment maintenance The occurrence of autocorrelation helps enterprises to formulate more reasonable equipment maintenance strategies and product quality control measures.This paper starts with the analysis of the relationship between product quality and equipment maintenance,and takes the single equipment production system as the research object to carry out the research on the statistical process control of autocorrelation process and the integration of equipment maintenance.Firstly,the autocorrelation in the production process is analyzed based on the production practice of the enterprise.Then,using the autocorrelation EWMA control chart as the monitoring tool of the process data,the strategies of equipment maintenance,integrated statistical process control and equipmentmaintenance based on the control chart are designed.Then,using the designed strategies,the single equipment production system of the autocorrelation process is designed,The corresponding optimization model is constructed,and the applicability of the proposed strategy is verified by numerical simulation and practical application. |
