According to “2019 China's Internet Industry Report”,by June 2019,there were 854 million Internet users,61.2% of the Internet penetration rate,and 5.18 million websites in China.Nowadays,the Internet has come into people's lives and brought great convenience to all lifestyles.Network affects all aspects of our life,which especially,assists communication faster and more efficient among us.In this era of information explosion,as both the receiver and the sender,everyone is under the impact of various kinds of information.Therefore,every enterprise pays great attention to the online network image.Once encountered adverse publicity,the company shall control the negative public opinions in time,then analyze the events that cause them,and resolve in time to avoid the occurrence of negative public opinions once again.This thesis carries out an effective public opinion monitoring scheme by studying the public opinion of the author's enterprise,and comprehensively considers the development of the current industry situation.The methodology is to craw the hotspot information on several mainstream websites of pubic opinions by the technology of web crawler,then contrasts the key words and choose related events that conform to the author's company.The monitoring scheme will alarm the manager when the touch off the setting upper limits so that the corporation is able to define a management strategy in advance.BS mode,namely B / S structure(Browser / Server),is a change and improvement of C / S structure with the development of Internet technology.This monitoring system uses BS framework structure,Lucene,crawler and other software development tools.During construction,the monitoring scheme took the security policy as a core,then highlighted and located the hot topics in public opinion by intelligent automation.By the means of pre-setting system operator,the scheme shall determine its hotspot and set the reminder.The research approaches and software development of the monitoring system is based on the above knowledge of network.In the demand analysis,the thesis gets information from the task flow chart,and describes the working principle and process of the whole public opinion system,then completes the functions of the framework.In the system design,the framework of the whole system is built by using the structure chart,and the specific process of its operation is revealed by the schedule.In the detailed design described,the author introduces each specific part of the system in detail and explains the process specifically according to the flow chart,and finally verifies the feasibility of the scheme through the system test,which prepared for the subsequent establishment of the public opinion monitoring system of the company where the author works.
