With the continuous improvement of domestic business environment and the demand for services for "agriculture,rural areas and farmers",the original pre-payment system of electric energy embodied in the form of IC CARDS has been unable to keep up with the new requirements of the rapid development of the state grid.It is inevitable in history to require the modernization of the new pre-payment system,such as man-machine interaction,smooth flow of information and open trading.The modern prepaid power system includes the integration of multiple systems,the coordination of resources,the proofreading of basic information,the safe relocation of original files,the comparison,the reconciliation of accounts and so on,and the issuance of prepaid data through the mature measurement information collection operation and maintenance system.In the actual operation and maintenance,it is not only necessary to provide reliable technical support and after-sales service,which requires developers to have strong technical force and operation and maintenance,so that the construction project has a strong guarantee,to provide continuous power support for the project construction.According to the demand of a power supply company,the prepayment system is designed to realize the prepayment system.In terms of overall system architecture design,in order to prevent the prepaid system from being eliminated in the process of rapid development of information technology,the current mature technical architecture design is adopted,so that the prepaid system of the power supply company can be upgraded at a later stage,so that the system can be upgraded simultaneously and the system interface can be reserved.At present,through the measurement information collection and operation and maintenance system,the pre-payment function is realized by sending the purchase information remotely,and the interface between the system and the marketing business application system(SG186)is used to realize the homology and standardization of the purchase and sale data and archival data,and the standardization of the pre-payment business in different marketing places.In this paper,the design and implementation of electric power prepaid,from the application of automation to explore.First,in the whole design process,using ASP as the technical platform,using object-oriented programming language C#.NET,thedesign and implementation of a set of electricity prepayment system based on the Web,prepayment system power sales and management functions,and for the power supply enterprises and customers to provide a visible,interactive interface,showed a clear menu window and provide a powerful management function for the electricity sales and test managers.Secondly,the database and key function modules of the system are designed in detail,and their functions are realized and tested.Through the online operation,the electric energy prepayment system designed by the paper can meet the current requirements.
